Lindsey Myers RD, LDN

Lindsey Myers is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working toward her Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor credential. Lindsey’s passion for working with clients with eating disorders was solidified when working in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient (PHP/IOP) levels of care. Lindsey practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES) and “All Foods Fit” perspective and enjoys helping people establish positive relationships with food, exercise, and their bodies. She has experience in Clinical Nutrition in both inpatient and outpatient settings and enjoys counseling clients on mindfulness, intuitive eating, and breaking free from diet culture. Lindsey is a former collegiate athlete (soccer) and has been a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since 2018. She loves coaching clients to celebrate what their bodies can do by helping people feel strong and empowered through joyful movement.

Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama and completed her dietetic internship in Montana and Virginia through Utah State University’s distance program. Lindsey is also pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Nutrition from Lamar University to better serve her clients.  Lindsey enjoys baking, reading, doing escape rooms, and relaxing on the couch with her husband and their dogs when she isn't working as a nutrition myth-buster.
