Hayley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise, with a concentration in both dietetics and PsychologyHer background in psychology and experience as a nutrition counselor at Virginia Tech has fueled her interest in forming a strong connection between nutrition and mental health. Through this, Hayley has become passionate about helping clients improve their relationship with food and their bodies.

Hayley takes a holistic view of nutrition counseling by guiding her clients through an intuitive eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for her clients where they feel unconditionally accepted and meeting each client where they are through individualized counseling. In addition to her passion for intuitive eating, Hayley has a special interest in supporting clients with women's health concerns, such as hormonal imbalances and PCOS, as well as those with gastrointestinal conditions. She is dedicated to helping clients find a balanced lifestyle that promotes both their health and the discovery of food freedom.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new recipes (i.e. throwing ingredients together and hoping for the best), going to the farmers market with friends, and practicing mindful movement. Lastly, she is enthusiastic about empowering individuals to transform their relationship with food and themselves!
