Initial Assessment
60 mins

Nutrition Counseling
Where to start

All new clients are asked to complete an Initial Assessment to better determine appropriateness of care and to identify areas of focus to help guide clients toward recovery. During Initial Assessments, our providers create a safe place for each client so he/she/they can share personal struggles.  After completion of the assessment, an individualized treatment plan is created which can include, but is not limited to, meal plan recommendations, educational information, exposure therapy, and further insight into future care.

Follow-Up
45 mins

Frequency of Follow-Up sessions can be determined after the Initial Assessment, which are individualized and based on necessity of care. Follow-Up sessions align with the originally organized treatment plan and are goal oriented to help maintain accountability for each client. Along with setting goals, providers share insight and educational material based on struggles or challenges shared by the client. Follow-Up sessions are a way for both the provider and client to gauge progression and discover their individualized path towards recovery.
