Welcome to Enlighten

Currently accepting new clients in the DC, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia area for both in person services and via Telehealth

Enlighten Nutrition, Counseling and Care is an evidence-based, all-inclusive practice that focuses on supporting individuals as they overcome some of the many challenges that arise in eating disorder recovery. We help individuals explore their own relationship around food, while they begin to let go of diet culture, guilt around food, and body image struggles. Recovery is about progress, rather than perfection. We here at Enlighten help shed light on the journey as opposed to the finish line, to not only help you manage your eating disorder, but to help support you as you enter recovery. 

10-Week Intuitive Eating Group 

Enlighten is now offering a Virtual 10-week Intuitive Eating Virtual group for Adults that will take a deeper look at each principle of intuitive eating and provide an open and safe space to further your journey toward a positive relationship with food.

Date: Wednesday at 6-7 pm 

Starting Summer 2024

Cost: $25/ session OR $200 for all 10-Weeks 

Group Discussion

8-Week Teen Support Group 

Enlighten is now offering a Virtual Outpatient Group for teens run by one of Enlighten's Providers and consists of 3-10 participants per session. Various topics are offered related to disordered eating, nutrition education, concepts of intuitive eating, meal support, and much more.

Date: Tuesdays at 6-7 pm 

Starting Summer 2024

Cost: $25/ session OR $175 for all 8-Weeks
