Emily Pietsch MS, RDN

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Genetics from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University. With a blend of education and hands-on clinical experience, she understands that healing looks different for everyone and approaches each client with empathy and care. Emily has had the privilege of supporting clients across Residential, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient (PHP/IOP) settings, guiding them through the complexities of eating disorders and recovery. She strives to create a calm, welcoming space where clients feel safe to share their stories and explore their unique relationships with food and body image. She’s passionate about helping people build a positive relationship with food, gain confidence, and reconnect with the things that bring them joy in life.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling and discovering new places around the city—especially when it means discovering delicious food. She loves gathering friends together for shared meals and experimenting with new recipes at home. She also practices journaling and gentle movement to unwind and relax at the end of the day.
