Alexis Livingston MS, CNS, LDN
Alexis is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is currently completing her sports nutrition certification (CISSN) and uses a structured, physiology-first approach to help clients understand what is actually driving their symptoms. Her work centers on identifying root causes such as nutrient depletion, iron dysregulation, blood sugar instability, digestive dysfunction, and immune imbalance. She has a strong clinical interest in iron disorders and is especially attentive to patterns that are often overlooked, helping clients make sense of their labs and what they mean in real life.
She supports women navigating perimenopause and hormonal changes, helping them build consistent habits, understand their body’s signals, and move through this transition with more stability and clarity. Her goal is to shift the experience from something that feels chaotic and unpredictable to something that can be navigated with confidence and intention.
Alexis is known for being a strong listener and for helping clients connect patterns, including all-or-nothing behaviors, without judgment. Her approach is direct, practical, and grounded in education, so clients know exactly what to focus on and why. When appropriate, she incorporates functional testing and lab review to guide more personalized care.
As a mother of four who homeschools, Alexis understands the demands of a full life and builds plans that are realistic rather than idealistic. She believes nutrition should support the life you are living, not complicate it.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and continuing to grow in both her clinical knowledge and faith.
