Natalie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and graduate of Virginia Tech with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from George Mason University and has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2019. She is dedicated to supporting her clients through their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. Her motivation to pursue the eating disorder field stems from both her personal experience and her role as a personal trainer, where she saw the need to support numerous clients in redefining their relationship with movement and their bodies. She loves encouraging clients and helping them feel strong, confident, and empowered through joyful movement. 


Natalie practices nutrition counseling from a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach. Her priority is to foster a safe and supportive relationship with her clients to better understand their needs through individualized counseling. In addition, Natalie is bilingual and values equitable care with a special interest in supporting clients and their families who are Spanish-speaking. Her other interests include gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, and individuals interested in learning about intuitive eating principles. Through her extensive background in exercise and nutrition science, she is committed to helping clients find a sustainable lifestyle that is focused on the client’s goals and values. 


In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new food spots, and making time to tap into her creative side through painting and dancing!
